Booking Term and Conditions

Main Rules

• Check-in after 2:00 PM - Checkout at 12:00 PM (Self-check-in with keypad).
• No smoking is allowed inside the apartment (only on the veranda)
• No parties or events allowed in the Apartment.
• Overnight occupancy is agreed between the Owner and the Guest upon booking. Exceeding agreed overnight occupancy limits is considered a serious violation of the terms and condition of the booking.
• The apartment includes clean bed linen and towels for Guests. If the Guest wishes a change of bed linens/ towels during the stay, an additional charge will apply. Also, additional cleaning/ cleanings of the apartment during the stay can be arranged at an additional cost.
• We regret to note that we have a no pet policy.

Payments

• A reservation deposit of 50% of total rental balance is required to hold Guest reservation. Free cancellation applies for a period of 48 hours after booking. In case of any cancellations after the end of the free cancellation period the Owner will have the right to withhold the full amount or part of the reservation deposit. The remaining 50% of the total rental balance must be paid at least 7 calendar days (1 week) before arrival. 
• By arrival day the Guest must pay the Owner the amount of 100 as a security deposit. The security deposit will be returned to the Guest immediately after the end of the rental period less any relevant deductions (including deduction for property damage).
