This 78sqm apartment consists of a modern and bright common living - kitchen area, a main bathroom and two bedrooms (1 very roomy main bedroom with a twin bed and an en-suit bathroom and a secondary bedroom with two single beds). It can sleep up to 6 guests, as it features a 3 seater sofa-bed in the living room area that can be turned into a very comfortable twin bed.   

The apartment is part of a premium apartment complex situated in a peaceful and safe neighborhood in the Kapparis area of Protaras (right next to the new Famagusta Police Station). Its a 3 minutes drive to the nearest beach  (Armyropigado Beach) and 4-6 minutes drives to some of the most beautiful Protaras beaches, including Fireman's Beach, Malama Beach, Trinity Beach and Pezounospilii Beach.  Also there is a supermarket (Pop Life Supermarket) very close to the apartment (about 1 minute walk).

Home Serenity Verde Protaras is located in one of the main Paralimni/ Kapparis streets, (Giorki Papadopoulou Street) that connects central Paralimni with the main Kapparis avenue (Kennedy Avenue). Its part of a two  apartment-buildings complex called CRYSTAL VIEW (@Giorki Papadopoullou 25 - facing the sea). The Complex sits right between POP-LIFE SUPERMARKET and the new building of the Famagusta District Police Department. Its entrance its right next to the road leading to the gateway of the department (at the entrance of the Complex you will be able to see the common garden/ pool area).

The apartment's covered parking is marked as parking spot A207 and it can be located at the end of the common parking area (towards the seaside - on the left). You can reach the apartment (A207) by using the stair case or the elevator that is adjacent to the parking spot (turn left after exiting elevator and walk to the end of the corridor). You will find the key box right next to the door.
